Parks Foundation Calgary has a small but dedicated full time staff.
Myrna Dube, Chief Executive Officer
After 16 years with The Calgary Airport Authority, Myrna is honored to assume a leadership role with PFC. Myrna’s accomplishments at Calgary International Airport include the Attractions Alberta displays on the luggage carousels, SpacePort, and several business and land development initiatives. Myrna took a secondment from The Authority and worked with PFC and Calgary’s Rotary Clubs to develop and implement Calgary Rotary Challenger Park. Contact Myrna at (403) 974-0751
Karen Foster, Community Development Manager

Catherine Gulinao, Calgary Greenway/Bench Manager
A native of Calgary, Catherine received her B.A. in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from the University of Calgary. Catherine was active on campus, chairing the UNICEF club during her last year of studies. Catherine believes in the power of non-profit organizations and is proud to be a part of Parks Foundation Calgary. Sarah Hirst, Communications and Outreach Manager
After receiving a Honours degree in Political Science and English Literature from Carleton University, Sarah went on to complete her Masters in Environmental Studies from York University. Originally from Ottawa, Sarah has found a home in Calgary. With a passion for soccer, skiing and bicycling, Sarah is delighted to work for Parks Foundation Calgary. Amber Hyde, Executive Assistant
As a native Calgarian, Amber has grown up enjoying the diversity of outdoor activities Calgary and its surrounding areas have to offer. She is especially fond of walking her feisty Jack Russell Terrier through Calgary’s parks. A passion for learning compelled her to complete a BA in Philosophy and a BA in Communication Studies. Amber is currently working towards a Masters in Education. She is thrilled to be a part of Parks Foundation Calgary's team and looks forward to supporting the CEO, the Board of Governors, and the Horticultural Therapy Program. Lily Llaguno, Vice President, Finance
Lily holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting Science from the University of Calgary and has a professional designation as a Certified General Accountant. She was a finance officer for a leading non-profit social communications center before immigrating to Canada. In Calgary, she worked as the controller for profit enterprises for several years and took a hiatus from such position to have more time for her family. She was on assignment as a senior business analyst with the City of Calgary’s Water Waste Management before she joined Parks Foundation Calgary in 2006. She appreciates working with dedicated staff and volunteers functioning hand in hand and with community leaders taking on projects that engage citizens and enhance lives in the city.

Dolores Sakauye, Accounting Manager
