Thanks to generous donors and contributors, Parks Foundation is able to offer essential community support programs and grants:

BUILDING COMMUNITIES GRANT PROGRAM
We partner with communities to support the development of new and valued public spaces by awarding grants and providing on-going guidance throughout the duration of every project.

STELLA CONCEPTUAL DRAWING GRANT PROGRAM
This program provides seed money to hire a landscape architect to create a concept drawing that reflects the innovative vision a group has for their park space.

AMATEUR SPORT GRANT PROGRAM
We provide grant support to sport organizations working towards sport capital projects or have equipment needs. This program helps promote sport development and enhances participation for Calgarians of all ages.

BENCH AND PICNIC TABLE DEDICATION PROGRAM
This program allows Calgarians to leave a lasting memory by dedicating one of Calgary’s many benches and picnic tables, located in a city park or along a pathway.

PROJECT SUPPORT PROGRAM
We support community organizations by providing free accounting services. Open a project account and we will accept donations on behalf of your project and issue tax receipts for eligible donations.
